Clinic Staff

Jeff Busha PT, MBA, MS, COMT, OCS

Jeff is owner of Physical Therapy Specialists and started the practice in 2004. He graduated from Wayne State University in 1995 and later obtained and MBA and MS degree. He is also a Board Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and is a Certified Orthopedic Manipulative Therapist from the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy, where he is currently undergoing a fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Therapy.

In addition, Jeff is trained in advanced osteopathic techniques, including craniosacral techniques from Michigan State School of Osteopathic Medicine and also has advanced training in Primal Reflex Release Technique. Through his unique training he has developed manual therapy techniques focused on utilizing the nervous system to inhibit muscle tone and trigger points. In addition to this Jeff also has advanced training in biomechanics and how the spinal system and extremities work together for functional movement.

In his free time he enjoys teaching adjunct at the University of Indianapolis and spending time with his wife Kristin, also a physical therapist, and his two kids and being involved in sports activities.

Shelley Link

Office Manager

Shelley was born and raised in Indianapolis and now resides in the town of Fishers, IN. She attended Indiana University studying retail and business management. She has been part of PTS since June of 2008.

She is a proud wife and mother of two boys and has a passion for health and nutrition.

Crystal Castor

Office Receptionist

Crystal was born in Texas, raised in Kentucky and has lived in Anderson, IN since 2000. She joined the staff of Physical Therapy Specialists in April 2010. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys reading and music.
